We welcome anyone who wishes to join First-Centenary as a means of living out the gospel of Jesus Christ. When joining, we ask each person to commit to being faithful to the church by their prayers, presence, gifts, service, and their witness. We do recommend that persons wishing to join attend Coffee with the Pastor or meet with one of our ministers. We also periodically offer a class on Methodism for anyone who would like more information on The Methodist Church.
Coffee with the Pastor
Those who are visiting First-Centenary have an opportunity to learn more about the church and what it means to join First-Centenary. Rev. Jason Gattis and Dr. Will Lauderback talk about the history of the church, membership vows, and how we can get involved. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate, along with something light, are usually served.
