When are the worship services?
We offer four worship services on Sunday. 2 traditional services in The Sanctuary. One at 8:30 am and the other at 10:45 am. 2 contemporary services in The Vine (inside The Oak Street Center). One at 10:45 am and the other at 5pm. You can also watch the livestream.
How do I join?
We welcome anyone who wishes to join First-Centenary as a means of living out the gospel of Jesus Christ. You can learn more by clicking here.
What is the style of worship music?
We offer two different worship music experiences. The Sanctuary worship services include music in a variety of styles, from baroque to contemporary, American folk to world music, chant to contemporary hymns. In addition to the Chancel Choir, organ and piano, we utilize handbells, brass, strings, woodwinds and percussion. We have contemporary worship music in The Vine with a band comprised of drums, electric guitar, piano, bass, and vocals. The band plays a variety of worship music from contemporary christian songs to gospel hymns.
What are the beliefs of First-Centenary?

Are there Sunday School classes?
Yes! We have several Sunday School classes available. You can find your class by clicking here.
Where should I park?
You can park in The Oak Street Center parking lot and the UT-Chattanooga parking lot on the corner of Houston and Oak. You can also parallel park for free on Houston Street, Oak Street, and McCallie Avenue.
